| Visualization and energyVisualizing is a basic technique used in wicca and in spells and a power tool, which trains our brains ability to "see" things, which are not physically present.
With magical visualization is ment seeing things, which at the moment are not there. We can raise energies from our bodies, visualize them radiating around our palms and for example, form a magical circle of them, which developes a glowing ball of light around ritual place. Simple visualization in it's self is not enough because it just guides the power which is the one what creates the circle.
Energy and magical powers used in wicca are real. We use our energy daily and fill it up by eating, breathing and with the powers wha radiate over us from the sun and from the moon. We fill up ourselves with the same energy when we get mad, when we get nervous, when we are terrified or happy.
We can scoop it from ourselves, channel it from the goddess or god or use our energies with the stones, plants or other items. Energy is real, and the power of your magical circles and rites depend how to control it.
It takes a little bit of practice one to know your energy, but when you have learned to handle the energyballs, you can start observing an energy fields.
When you have felt energy, try to move it from place to place by by visualizing. You only need tothink gathering energy with great conceration. One of the easiest methods is to strain one's body - it raises energy. When you feel like radiating energy, bend out your right (sending) arm and guide the energy through your arm and finger out of your body. Same time visualize it and see and feel energy radiating outside.
Flowing of the energy is stopped simply by visualizing it stopping and shaking a hand. This all happens simply using your mind, but there is also power with it.
