The winds growing stronger, the branches are bending,
Another life cycle beginning, one ending,
The leaves on the trees, the wither and die,
The moon shines so brightly and the stars in the sky.
The winters approaching the earth starts to sleep,
The nuts from the squirrels are hidden so deep.
The frosts will soon come and snow will then follow,
And the earths hidden secrets will sleep ’til tomorrow.
The winter will come, and seem long until spring,
But who knows in this life what tomorrow will bring.
Be thankful for winter, for without it its clear,
That trees would not sleep and new growth not appear,
The winds growing stronger and branches are bending,
Another life cycle beginning one ending…
